The Parent Company, Henankanglida Bio-Technique Co., Ltd. was established in 2011 in Zhengzhou City, Henan Province, China. Henankanglida is a well-established professional enterprise engaging in providing marketing service for biomedical manufacturers to promote the sale of biomedical products, and it also contributes to provide support forthe biomedical research which includes the dissemination of the medical information and the establishment of academic platforms, etc. Currently, the Parent Company maintains close cooperative relationship with the nationally and internationally renowned biomedical manufacturers by its outstanding marketing service, its abundant internal and external resources, and the advanced research support it provides.

Henankanglida is restructured from a regional office of a leading state-owned enterprise of China. So, it still maintains long-term and good relationships with the local marketing channels and related agencies. It keeps providing services for many famous clients, such as the Beijing Union Pharmaceutical Factory, which is a state-owned enterprise affiliated with the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences, and it is an innovative and high-tech enterprise which is recognized in the biomedical industry. Henankanglida keeps providing themarketing service to the Beijing Union Pharmaceutical Factory for a renowned biomedical product—Bicyclol, which has launched markets in many countries. It also contributes toestablish platforms and provide support for the medical research and academic information sharing. Kang Lida New York Inc. is physically located at 14 Wall Street, 20th Fl, Suite 2060, New York, NY 10005. It is a subsidiary of the parent company in the USA. Established in May 2, 2017, Kang Lida is a New York based company specialized in providing professional services for both the Chinese and the U.S. Biomedical enterprises to enhance each nation's access to the each other's market. Meanwhile, it will be engaged in providing supports and services for biomedical and clinical information sharing. Thus, it is the U.S. subsidiary’s task to build channels between these two large and prosperous markets in biomedical industry.
